Dutchstore is located in The Netherlands and all orders will be shipped from here. Orders can be shipped Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays or under special circumstances. I will let you know if this is the case.

Please note that we have no control over your shipping times or any issue with the postal service. Occasionally shipments will take a longer time due to your country’s customs. Each customs office is different and we are not responsible for any fees or tariffs. We are not responsible for any packages which are lost/stolen/delayed during shipment. If there is a problem we will try to help to the best of our ability. If you want to have more control over the shipping process, I recommend you choose the shipping option which includes tracking.
The shipping cost is dependent on the destination country, the weight of your order and whether or not you want to track your shipment.
During checkout you will be presented with 2 shipping options (with and without tracking). You will be able to view the shipping cost before placing your order. The option without tracking is cheaper, but we can't be held liable if your package goes missing during shipment. The shipping cost displayed with these 2 options already has the weight of the items and the destination country factored in.
If you need your order faster, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the cheapest express shipping option. Using express shipping we can ship to most countries in the world within 1-4 days, depending on your location.
Oh no! :( Yes, you can return any unused and undamaged items within 30 days after you've placed your order.

We'll then get back to you with the return address. Please don't forget to include your order number in the return shipment!
Once we have received your return shipment and the items are in saleable condition, we can either issue a refund or give you store credit of the product purchase price (shipping cost excluded). You will be notified once we have received your returned items.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during return to us. If the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. I strongly suggest you use tracking while returning your items to us.
